Office Hours And Fees
TELEPHONES AND RECEPTION:
1. Our telephones are answered and our office doors are open 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday - Friday, except for holidays. Our office is closed for lunch, which is between 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.
2. After hours, we have voice mail and endeavor to respond the next business day whenever possible.
APPOINTMENTS:
Generally, we try to schedule appointments from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. most days. However, we can schedule appointments in the evenings. We try to be flexible and sensitive to the needs of our clients and potential clients.
ATTORNEY FEES:
Attorney fees vary depending on who provides the legal services. However, clients can usually anticipate seeing a range of hourly rates from $175 per hour to $350 per hour. The exact hourly rate depends on the attorney providing the services and the nature of the case.
Paralegal, law clerk, and some secretary/assistant fees, when applicable, generally range from $75 per hour to $225 per hour depending on the experience of the person providing the services.
We cannot take most family law cases on a contingent fee basis because such a fee arrangement is prohibited by law. One key exception is with respect to collecting old child support arrears on a post-judgment basis.
